Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind

Life carries its charm with its natural laws, such as cause and effect or action and reaction. “Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.” People forget that when they “sow the wind,” they “reap the whirlwind.” They spend their time creating waves that then return and drown them, like a boomerang effect.

Generally, the following famous phrases apply in life: “with whatever scale you measure, it will be measured to you” and “the wheels of justice grind slow but grind fine, and if human beings do not apply it, Divine Majesty will.”

Response time to winning acts and actions

A slow response time to whatever is happening around us can be expensive or deadly. In one tiny second of oversight, we can lose everything—opportunities, business, and even life. How is your alertness? How many times have you suffered because you did not react on time? A quick and decisive reaction can save lives or win opportunities. Businesses can be lost in a second.

I have saved myself many times by mistakenly taking a different path other than the marked or established path or not showing up to a scheduled appointment.

The importance of having big ears

A friend once said that he would like to work with people with big ears like the little elephant named Dumbo. There is a significant reflection in this statement.

Dumbos are much needed in companies and personal life because most inconveniences or problems arise owing to many people having tiny ears. They are almost deaf without being physically deaf. As the popular adage goes, “There is none so deaf as those who will not hear.” Meanwhile, the famous Carl Jung said, “The true leader is always led,” which implies that a leader must have big ears.
